Living Trust Full Packages
Appointments start at $150 for one trustee and $175 for two trustees for a standard living trust package.
Pricing includes travel within approximately 15 minutes of Valley Village / Studio City.
Additional travel fees will apply for appointments outside the local service area. Other fees may apply for after-hours appointments, extra signers, witness coordination, printing, scan-backs or courier services.
Individual Estate Documents
For individual estate documents such as a power of attorney, advance health care directive, trust certification, deed, affidavit, or last will, California notary fees are $15 per notarized signature for acknowledgments and jurats, plus any applicable mobile travel fee.
